Staying with tradition, the Judean Hills blanc remains mostly Chardonnay, in this case 3/4 Chard with 1/4 Sauvignon Blanc. And as always it is a fresh example of Chardonnay having not undergone the malolactic fermentation that often leads to creamy or buttery Chardonnays. The wine is unmistakably Chard, but its vibrant acidity keeps it fresh & lively.
