It tends to get pretty sticky and humid and hot in NYC in the summer. One of the perfect ways to cool off for wine lovers is to imbibe in chilled/cold wines when the heat rises. The usual suspects are white wines, which are great. And rose wines, which are all the rage. But most people don’t realize you can have your chilled red wine in the summer time and drink it too. There are some amazing summer reds to add to the mix for people who have a strong preference for red wine all year around. Certified sommelier and wine educator, Charles Springfield, will be the class instructor. Charles has been teaching wine classes in New York City for the last seven years. 7:30pm
