Yannick Pelletier VDF Rouge l'Oiselet

Medium bodied blend of grenache, cinsault & carignan from Southern France made organically by winemaker Yannick Pelletier who believes in minimal intervention. The grapes were hand harvested and fermented with indigenous yeasts. The wine is bottled unfined & unfiltered (it's therefore suitable for vegans). The wine has red fruit character with subtle floral & spicy notes. It's a very food friendly wine.
